Quiet machinery, exact appetite
Kernel
Turns one small center into a complete operating habit.

Inside the Shell
Every layer has one job. The outer orbit catches interruptions, the folded shell compresses them, and the center keeps only what can be used. Nothing travels twice.
- Ticker KRNL
- Outer Orbit Catches stray signals before they crowd the center.
- Folded Shell Presses noise into one clean, usable layer.
- Inner Kernel Keeps the part worth carrying forward.
- Working Rule One pass in, one decision out.
Morning Procedure
At opening time, Kernel arrives before the office lights and settles into its ring. It sorts the overnight pile into useful, harmless, and somebody else’s problem. By noon the shells are warm. At closing, the center is still spotless. Kernel does not multitask. It completes one tiny decision so thoroughly that the next one behaves itself.
